Insert Radical Squadron of Heroic Felines Here

"Yahoo!" Drake shouted as he swerved around an oncoming truck. His blue and silver motorcycle hummed loudly as he again dodged an incoming car. His armor protected him from the wind chill and left him feeling secure, since he had after all survived an attack from Super-Sue in it. A grinning red mouth filled with sharp fangs and a tongue lolling out of it was painted onto the front of the bike below the headlights.

The Sue's bright red futuristic vehicle turned a corner, two wheels bumping over the curb. The robbery of the Bellagio was the latest of many crimes this Sue perpetrated. She made it into the vault, stole the money, and got it out all by herself, all before the protagonist's eleven men team could reach it.

The Anti-Cliché and Mary-Sue Elimination Society had been tracking her for a while and quickly discerned a pattern. She hung around in crime-focused fandoms, particularly ones with big robberies and beat the heroes (or villains) to the big score working completely alone. She then escaped in a glamorous fashion always before the Society could reach the scene. Only extreme vigilance and lots of caffeine had enabled them to spot her presence this time.

Drake bounced over the curb, dodged an innocent nameless pedestrian, and pulled alongside the Sue. Pale skin wrapped around bones with no muscles whatsoever. Breasts that rivaled the watermelons they had last time for desert in terms of size. Blonde hair billowing dramatically in the wind. Yep, garden variety Mary-Sue.

"Anti-Cliché and Mary-Sue Elimination Society!" Drake shouted, pulling out his badge with one hand. "You're under arrest for multiple counts of fandom manipulation, including stealing the Black Pearl, several billion dollars worth of gold, medical supplies, and the Diendriver. You have the right to parole and you're encouraged to shut the fu-"

She swerved over at him and his obscenity broke off as Drake pulled to the side. He hit the brakes and dropped back behind her. His spear appeared in hand and he swung it at the car. An arc of blue wind magic shot forward. The Sue ducked and the attack sliced off her windshield.

Drake dropped his spear, which vanished just before it could penetrate the windshield of the car behind him.

"Keep it up, Drake," Tash's voice said through the communicator on his ear. "The Writer's Block is set just a few minutes ahead and we've got all of the other routes covered."

"Yeah, yeah," Drake yawned.

The Sue flung something out the back of her car. Drake's smug confidence vanished for a moment as the grenade flew towards him. His helmet saved him some face, or rather hid his expression of horror. He pulled the bike into a wheelie and the grenade struck the bottom of it, exploding and flinging the bike and its rider backwards. Drake crashed onto the hood of a parked car and his bike went through the glass doors of a casino.

Cackling madly, the Sue turned a corner. She didn't notice the transparent wall in front of her until her car slammed into it. Her head smacked against the steering wheel. Fortunately, her boney skull was reinforced with Sue power. She groaned and kicked open her mangled door, stumbling out onto the pavement. The busted horn of her former vehicle droned in the background.

She looked up at the sound of footsteps. The blonde de facto leader of the Society glared down at her. "You are under arrest for fandom manipulation. You have the right-"

A blast of dark magic slammed into her and sent her flying back. Raven stepped out of an alleyway, sword in hand and trench coat billowing dramatically in the nonexistent wind. "I don't think so."

Tash growled in annoyance and stood up. The pendant around her neck morphed into a staff.

"Ha!" a red armored figure leapt from the alley directly behind her, foot thrust forward for a flying kick. Before Ekard's surprise attack could hit, Drake's own flying kick slammed into his side and knocked him to the ground.

Ekard groaned as he hit the sidewalk and rolled across it. He climbed back to his feet and raised his fists.

"All units move in on our location!" Tash shouted into her communicator.

"I bet you've always wanted to say that," Drake quipped as the two stood back to back with Ekard and Raven circling them.

Raven struck first, crossing the short distance between himself and Drake in the blink of an eye. He swung his sword at Drake's neck, but he raised an arm to block. Blue sparks exploded from the armor as the sword struck. Raven spun around and Drake barely raised his arm in time to block another swing, more sparks left his armor.

Ekard threw a punch at Tash, but she stepped around it and slammed her staff into the doppelganger's chest. A small cluster of sparks escaped with the impact. She swung the staff for a follow-up attack, but Ekard caught it, tugged on it and pulled Tash in close, before kicking her away.

"Now I will have revenge for last time!" Ekard exclaimed as he leapt over Tash and charged at Drake's back. A hand gripped his cape and tugged him back before he could get within striking distance.

"Not so fast," Tash said before slamming a kick into his side. "You're fighting me."

Drake ducked and twisted around Raven's slashes. He threw a punch, but Raven blocked it with the flat side of his sword. The gothic Stu kicked his stomach and Drake once again found himself on the defensive as Raven pummeled him with lightning fast blows.

"Storm Punch!" Drake exclaimed, drawing back a fist.

Black flames burst into life on Raven's sword and he swung it up and across Drake's chest. The impact sent him somersaulting backwards through the air. He landed on his back and groaned as his armor dissolved into a swarm of shining motes.

A gunshot sounded and Raven leaned back casually as the bullet whizzed past a few inches from his head. He glanced to side at the approaching squad of Society agents, Ben, Shirley, Pete, and Doug with a pistol drawn and aimed. Raven raised his sword and blocked another bullet.

The Stu glanced back at the car wreck. Drake followed his gaze and saw that the Sue had disappeared.
"Say it! Say uncle!"

"Never!" Drake and Raven turned towards Tash to find her with an arm wrapped firmly around Ekard's neck. The armored doppelganger was struggling against her grip without success.

Raven sighed and raised an arm, launching a burst of dark magic at Tash's head. She let go of Ekard and slammed the attack to the side with her staff. Ekard quickly rolled away from her.

"Our work here is done," Raven said, snapping his fingers to open a plothole. The two stepped into it.

-

The blonde Sue groaned as she regained conscious. A chandelier framed by a brick ceiling appeared as her eyes flickered open. She rolled over and glanced around. The brick construction continued down the wall and to the floor, which was covered with a regal purple rug. A tapestry depicting a raven hung on the wall next to her.

"Hi, I'm Marion. What's your name?" A pink haired girl stepped forward and offered a hand to her.

"Buzz off, brat," she said, swatting Marion's hand away and slowly pushing herself up.

"It's impolite to mistreat someone else's minions," Raven said, stepping out of a plothole and into the hall. "Especially after she dragged you to safety while my allies and I distracted the Society."

"What do you want out of it?" she asked, crossing her arms over her ample chest.

"I'd like to offer you a job," Raven replied.

"You couldn't pay me enough," the Sue huffed.

"You can pilot more than just cars right?" Raven asked as he began strolling down the hall.

She glared at his back. "Yeah, so?"

He didn't reply, just continued walking at a leisurely pace. The Sue sighed and started after him. Raven pushed the door at the end of the hall open and gestured for her to exit. She huffed in annoyance and stepped out. The sight that met her outside froze her in place.

A large red robot sat at the base of the castle's steps. Two thin legs supported a pointed cockpit, equipped with a pair of missile pods atop it, a Gatling gun on the left side and some kind of beam rifle on the right. The robot's armor looked thick, yet didn't look like it would cost it maneuverability or style. It was painted red and white. "Impressive."

"Isn't it?" Raven asked, stepping outside to join her. "Pull a couple of jobs for me and it's yours."

"You know you can tell the quality of a man by the quality of his giant mecha?" she purred, resting a hand on the gothic Stu's shoulder.

"So do we have a deal?" Raven asked, gently taking hold of her wrist and removing her hand.

"What do I got to blow up?"

-

"Oh, come on," Jared sighed as Drake pushed the busted bike into his workshop. "Look, Drake, I know I owed you for the loan of the guns before, but I repaid that favor by building this bike for you. I've already repaired it seventeen times."

"Sixteen," Drake corrected.

"You need to be more careful," Jared said examining the charred section the grenade had destroyed.

"I am careful!" Drake exclaimed. Jared stared at him for a moment. "Okay, I'm a little bit reckless. Look I owe you one or fifteen…"

"I'll see what I can do," Jared sighed.

Megakat City hadn't seen trouble in a longtime. (Probably because it was cancelled thanks to those meddling executives and their dumb dog.) Thus, the citizens were merry as they went about their jobs. Commander Feral credited the Enforcers for the calm and claimed the SWAT Kats had nothing to do with it.

A massive black portal ripped open in the sky and a red mecha dropped into the center of downtown. The pedestrians were well versed in giant robot attacks and knew just what to do in these situations. They screamed and ran for your lives.

Within the cockpit, the Sue raised a hand to her face. White fur covered her and pointed ears had sprouted from her head. "Yuck, I'm furry."

She grabbed the controls and the robot slowly pushed itself up accompanied by a low whirring sound. She moved the joystick on the right and guided the laser to a building. Energy crackled in the weapon's barrel as she pressed on the trigger. Once the rifle reached a satisfyingly loud hum, she pulled the trigger all the way back. A beam of blue energy shot forward and exploded against the skyscraper. The Sue was disappointed to see a massive hole in the steel and concrete. She had hoped to knock it over completely. Perhaps another shot would do it.

"This is the Enforcers!" The mecha turned and pointed skyward as a fleet of gray and white choppers approached it. "Step out of your robot and place your hands on your head!"

Missile pods whirred open and a barrage of projectiles shot from the robot's shoulders. Each missile split into four smaller ones and each struck a helicopter. In an instant, half of the force was plummeting out of the air, trailing parts, or reduced to a cloud of fire, smoke, and spare parts.

"Fire!" Feral shouted into his microphone. The remaining choppers opened fire, spraying lead from their Gatling guns. The mecha didn't move and the barrage bounced against its armored plating.

The Sue chuckled and lowered her craft into a crouch. The mecha leapt into the air, boosters on its legs firing to assist the leap. It thrust out a leg and spun around in midair, taking out a close-knit trio of choppers.

More boosters fired up and the mecha's Gatling gun whirred to life, blowing apart three more choppers and removing the tail from a fourth. The intact helicopter spun rapidly as it fell. It crashed on the roof of a small skyscraper. Somehow, the pilot managed to survive.

Feral groaned and placed two fingers on the mike of his headset. "This is Feral. Bring me chopper backup!"

Since Drake already owed Jared the world, he stuck around to help him with the repairs. Mostly he just sat around and played with a Rubik's cube, while occasionally handing Jared a tool or part if he happened to recognize what he asked for.

A pair of beeps filled the room and Jared went to get his communicator off a table. Drake pulled a bulky blue cell phone out of his jacket pocket. He'd had his communicator customized into this new shape recently.

A text message from Tash informed them of an emergency meeting in the briefing room.

"When is it not an emergency?" Drake asked as the two left the lab.

A few minutes later, they were searching for seats in the crowded room. Tash patiently waited for everyone to settle down.

"We've managed to locate the Sue from the Ocean's Eleven fandom," Tash said as the lights dimmed. A projector blinked on, illuminating the screen next to her. A shot showing the back of the Sue's car was slid into the projector. "Unfortunately, she's upgraded her equipment since this morning."

Another slide slid into the projector. Tash raised a pointer to the image and stopped halfway, her mouth fell open in shock, and a blush appeared on her cheeks. "How'd that get in there?"

The room filled with jeers, hooting, and wolf whistles before the unidentified projectionist removed the slide, found the right one, and put it in. The mood immediately became serious again as a picture of a giant red mecha appeared on the screen, surrounded by building rubble and black smoke.

"As I was saying, she's upgraded her equipment," Tash said, placing the pointer on the mecha. "We need a way to take this thing out."

"What fandom is it?" Ben asked.

"SWAT Kats."

"I might be able to take it out," Drake said slowly

"How?" Michael asked.

"My bike's got Jared's canonizing device in it," Drake said. "If I get it up to eighty-eight miles per hour I can morph it into a Cyclotron that might have some way of damaging the big red robo."

"Can you do eighty-eight on that?" Shirley asked.

"Sure, it travels at the speed of plot," Drake replied and the Library rumbled a bit.

"No, I mean can you actually go that fast, because every time before now you've crashed long before you reached that speed."

"A minor complication."

"I need a little more time to finish repairing it," Jared said.

"In the meantime, I'll go into the fandom and see if I can get the eponymous characters to help me," Drake stood and pulled out his portal gun. He aimed for the back of the room and fired, opening a plothole.

A low screech caused the group to turn their eyes towards the ceiling. A small winged shape swooped from the ceiling and through the portal.

"What was that?" several people said.

"I'll go find out," Drake said, stepping into the portal.

He emerged on a rooftop, off in the distance he could see the path of destruction blazed by the robot. Wind ruffled his jacket and newly acquired fur. His fur was dark brown with tabby stripes just like in the Warriors fandom.

A screech attracted his attention to the adjacent rooftop and he saw the small flying creature there. It was palm-sized and thin, seemingly pieced together from small black strips like a wooden animal skeleton model.

A plothole opened beneath the bird and Raven stepped out, a flare gun and a can held in one hand. "Yo."

"You again," Drake sighed. "Now what are you up to?"

He raised his unoccupied hand and the creature fluttered into it, folding up into a black computer disc. "Recognize this? It's the disc I gave you that contained the instructions to track Super-Sue. Only, it's also a neat little blend of the Disc Animal technology from Kamen Rider Hibiki and Transformer tech. It was programmed to locate the computer housing all your organization's research and download it onto itself."

"Why do you care about our research?" Drake asked.

"Well, most of my time is limited to fandom specific technology, I haven't conducted much research into plotholes and I wouldn't mind having the schematics of your Anti-Sue gadgets. A Stu's got to protect himself you know," Raven smirked and pocketed the Disc Animal. He took the flare gun from his other hand, pointed it into the air, and fired. "As for the other part of my plan, I recently hired a new employee and wish to test her performance. She's quite anxious to kill a Society agent, too. That flare is her signal and to keep you distracted until she gets here…"

He tossed the flare gun to the side and held up the red and white can, which Drake could now see had "EVIL" spelled on its side. Raven rifled through his trench coat for a moment, before dropping his arm to his side and rolling his eyes skyward in frustration. "In all the excitement I forgot to bring my can opener. I don't suppose you have one?"

Drake shook his head. "Sorry, looks like your evil plan has been foiled."

Raven sighed and tossed the can into the air. His sword appeared in his hand as Drake charged forward, raising his left arm. "Wardrobe Change!" Motes of light spread from Drake's bracelet across his body, forming his armor modified a bit to include ear and tail holes along with more space in the helmet for his muzzle. Raven's sword sliced through the can with ease and a cloud of darkness spilled out of it and slammed into Drake, propelling him backwards.

He groaned as he hit the ground and glanced up at the cloud. It settled on the roof and began compacting together into three humanoid shapes. The darkness solidified, forming a trio of overall featureless creatures save for the large purple eye in the center of their faces and the short, curved swords they carried.

"Gorram it," Drake muttered as he pushed himself up. He caught a brief glimpse of Raven stepping back into a plothole.

-

Chance "T-Bone" Furlong and Jake "Razor" Clawson were currently seated in the secret hanger beneath their junkyard home. On the table in front of them sat two plates each with twelve hotdogs.

"First one to finish all twelve is the winner," Jake said. He was shorter and skinny than his friend. His fur was a reddish color.

"And the loser's repainting the Turbokat," Chance agreed with a cocky smirk. He was pale yellow with brown stripes.

"Ready. Set. Go!" the two counted down together. They grabbed for their first hotdog, messily cramming it into their mouths in the hopes of outdoing the other. Chance managed to take the lead by half a dog before the Klaxon began blaring. The duo glanced at the flashing red siren, their contest forgotten as they leapt from their chairs and rushed to the phone on their wall.

Chance reached it first and answered. Jake leaned his ear next to the receiver to listen in. "Yes, Mrs. Briggs?"

Callie Briggs was the deputy mayor of Megakat City and the only cat who possessed any means of contacting the SWAT Kats though they still kept their real identities a secret from her.

"There's a giant robot rampaging through downtown Megakat City," Callie said breathlessly.

"Don't worry, we'll be right there."

They rushed to their lockers and quickly changed into their colorful red and blue flight uniforms. Fingerless black gloves were pulled on and a black bandana as a mask under a red and blue helmet completed the look.

Now properly disguised, T-Bone and Razor charged towards their jet, the Turbokat. Black paint covered the majority of it, except for the red rings around the boosters and red around the cockpit. Blue colored the nose of the jet, the flaps, and the edges of the tail wings.

They leapt into the cockpit, which slid closed. The platform beneath the Turbokat rotated and descended beneath the floor into a long dark tunnel. T-Bone, in the pilot seat, shoved a lever forward and the three engines roared to life. The jet launched down the tunnel, out of the secret entrance, and into the evening sky.

-

The shadow creatures brandished their weapons at Drake, muttering unintelligibly. Drake charged at them. He socked the middle one directly in its giant eye. The other two stabbed their weapons forward, but Drake raised his arms. The flimsy blades bounced off his armor. He grabbed the arm of one and poked it in the eye with two fingers. It exclaimed in pain and stumbled back, hands over its eye. The third creature swung its sword at Drake's exposed back and connected, however he didn't give any indication of feeling the blow.

"Storm Punch!" Drake exclaimed, spinning around and slamming his crackling fist into its head. The minion exploded into a cloud of darkness. The armored agent spun around and slammed his still charged into the chest of a second minion. Like the first, it exploded. Drake leapt towards the minion he had poked in the eye, which still had its hands over its eye and was unaware of its fate.

"Storm Kick!" He thrust his foot forward and descended on the shadow creature. Electricity surged around his boot as it slammed into his target. The minion stumbled back, raised a hand and waved bye before exploding.

"The potted plants in my room could have put up a better fight," Drake placed his hands on his hips and shook his head disapprovingly.

A loud crash sounded from behind and he slowly turned to find himself staring into the cockpit of the Sue's mecha. The Gatling gun focused on him. Drake gulped loudly.

"You're under arrest for-" The retort of the Gatling gun silenced him. He pulled up his cape, which hardened and turned silver. The bullets slammed into the shield, denting it and bruising the arm beneath it. Drake leapt away from the gunfire, his cape reverting to normal as his leap carried him off the side of the building opposite the walker.

Ride a first way became playing and Drake reached down and pulled his cell phone from his belt. He flipped it open as he watched the ground getting closer. "Yeah?"

"I finished fixing the bike," Jared's voice said on the other end. "How are you doing?"

"Oh, can't complain," Drake replied, his voice a little high pitched. "Listen, if I don't come back from this mission, tell Tyler he can have all my chocolate."

"Why wouldn't you come back from it?" Jared asked, sounding a little concerned.

"Oh, you know, I just want to be prepared," Drake said as he counted the floors rushing past. "Man, this is a tall building. Anyway got to go."

He snapped the phone closed and glanced back at the ground. He replaced the phone on his belt and pulled out a gold stopwatch. Before he could press the button, a net descended out of the sky and wrapped around him.

"What in the name of cartoon physics?" Drake exclaimed, glancing upwards to find the Turbokat hovering above him, the rope holding his net connected to the bottom of it. The rope quickly retracted, pulling Drake up into the belly of the plane. The hole below him closed and he vaguely felt the forward momentum as the jet resumed moving. He quickly untangled himself from the net.

A few moments later, the jet stopped moving and set down with a slight thud. The floor of the hold opened and Drake hopped out. The cockpit slid back and T-Bone and Razor leapt out. The duo faced Drake.

"It's not often we catch someone dressed like you out of the sky," T-Bone said, raising an eyebrow as he glanced over the agent's armor.

"My job involves lots of falling, bruising, bleeding, breaking, and exploding," Drake shrugged as though he was used to it. He pointed over his shoulder back in the direction of the walker. "Right now, my job is taking out that thing. You guys want to help?"

"That's what we're here for," Razor said.

"Great," Drake said, pulling out a pair of circular stickers and tossing one each to the SWAT Kats. "Paste those unto your helmets or something. They'll keep the pilot of that thing from messing with you with her powers."

They glanced down at the stickers, shrugged, and attached them to their uniforms.

"So do you have a plan for dealing with that bot?" Razor asked.

"Not really," Drake said, pulling out his cell phone and dialing four digits.

"Storm Blade come closer," the phone droned in an electronic voice and a plothole opened next to the Turbokat. Drake's motorcycle emerged from the portal and parked itself in front of its owner.

"Let's kick some tail!" T-Bone exclaimed as he and Razor leapt back into the Turbokat.

Drake swung a leg over the Storm Blade and sat down. He tenderly gripped the handlebars and sighed. "Okay, pal, you can't fail me this time."

The bike promptly stalled.

"No! Come on, this only happens in movies. This is a fanfic!"

-

"Do you think this guy is all there?" Razor asked as he watched Drake throw up his hands and probably rant at the top of his lungs.

"Well, he's got the gear," T-Bone said as the jet slowly lifted off.

A loud crash attracted their attention skyward. The mecha had just landed on top of the building above them. The laser rifle pointed down at them and sparkled with deadly blue light. The jet's central booster rotated back up and the other two boosters fired up as T-Bone took them out of hover mode. They shot forward just in time to avoid the laser blast.

"Bring her around, T-Bone," Razor said as he leaned towards his weapons panel, selecting one of the many buttons. "Let's see how she likes the Shredder Missiles."

The jet looped around and flew straight at the mech. Its Gatling gun rotated up and fired. Bullets riddled the jet. The bottom of the Turbokat opened and a pair of boxy missiles launched from it. T-Bone pulled back on the stick and the Turbokat shot near straight up. The Gatling gun tracked it, but they were quickly out of range. The covering of the two missiles ejected, a second later the three blades on the projectiles beneath flipped forward. The blades exploded harmless against the mecha's leg armor.

"Damage report!" T-Bone shouted as he leveled out.

"We were lucky," Razor replied, studying his screen. "Nothing major was hit. That thing's armor is thick."

"Cockpit's the only place that's not shielded," T-Bone observed.

"Guess we got no choice, but to try it," Razor said. "We can't let it do anymore damage."

"We'll come at it above, so that Gatling gun can't get us," T-Bone said.

"Watch out for those pods. They look like missile launchers," Razor said as the jet turned back downwards. He tapped the side of his helmet and a visor slid down over his eyes. A targeting display appeared on the glass before Razor's eyes. His finger hovered over the Tarhead Missile button.

The Sue laughed as she saw the jet approaching and turned to face it fully. She flicked a switch and armor plating lowered over the thick glass of her cockpit. Various sensors came alive to compensate for the lack of her naked eyes. The SWAT Kats saw the move too late. They pulled up as the missile pods whirred open and released. The projectiles split and followed the jet as it headed skyward.

With a maniacal laugh from the pilot, the mecha leapt off the skyscraper and fell towards Drake and his motorcycle. The armored agent glanced up as a shadow fell over him and saw the giant robot foot descending on him. He made one last attempt at starting the bike, this time it roared to life. He flipped up the kickstand and rode away. The foot landed an instant later, sending shockwaves through the street.

Drake watched the mirrors as he sped away, occasionally checking the speedometer. He made a note to try to find some sort of weapon to put on the bike.

The mecha leapt into the air. He glanced upward as the robot sailed over top of him. It slammed down at the end of the street. The Storm Blade turned onto its side and skidded to a stop. Drake spun it around completely and took off in the opposite direction. The Gatling gun trained itself on him and fired. Bullets riddled the macadam a few feet behind him as the mecha's missile pods whirred. Drake glanced back as the swarm of missiles launched. He turned back to the bike's controls and hit a button just as the missiles reached him.

The Storm Blade glowed brightly and morphed into a large missile. It launched forward out of the path of the descending explosives. The nose cone ejected to reveal a wheel and the center of the missile retracted to reveal Drake unharmed in the rider's seat. The rear wheel emerged from beneath the missile. The blue and silver Cyclotron skidded to a stop.

Drake glanced back at the cloud of smoke the missiles had left. He heard the whirring of the robot as it approached and then became visible through the cloud. Drake glanced at the bike's numerous buttons, each corresponding to a different trick missile.

He hit the Mini-Matchhead Missile button and a small missile launcher emerged from a hidden panel on the bike next to the rider. Drake turned and charged at the walker, pulling a wheelie to gain extra height with the missiles. The missiles burst into massive fireballs as they struck the mecha's shielded cockpit.

The laser rifle aimed down through the smoke and fired an uncharged shot. Drake swerved around the explosion it caused. Drake hit another button and a second missile launcher extended. The robot's foot shot out and slammed into the Storm Blade. The bike and its rider went flying. The machine hit the ground and bounced across it, loosing parts as it went. Drake skidded across the macadam, his armor sparking as it did. He stopped in the middle of the street and laid still.

"Ha, got you," the Sue chuckled as she navigated the mecha forward. She flicked a switch and the armor on the cockpit retracted.

"Hey, did you forget about us?" T-Bone bellowed over the radio as the Turbokat still being pursued by a swarm of missiles descended from the sky.

"Deploying Grappler Missile," Razor reported as he hit a button. A missile shot from the bottom of the jet. Just before hitting the mecha's legs, the head of the missile ejected and three thick steel cables emerged from it, wrapping around the robot's limbs.

The robot stood for a moment before loosing its balance. Drake groaned and regained conscious to see the colossus falling towards him. He rolled out of the way and the mecha struck the ground, the impact nearly enough to bounce him back to his feet.

The Turbokat swept low over the ground and pulled up a fraction of an inch from colliding with the robot. The missiles behind them weren't so agile. The Sue barely had enough time to slide the armor plating back over the cockpit before the missiles struck. The blasts' force blew Drake off his feet and he landed near his totaled bike.

"Bingo!" Razor shouted.

Drake groaned and raised his head. The robot's cockpit was mangled. Whatever they put in those missiles had been powerful. He pulled himself into a sitting position.

The Turbokat swept back around and shifted into hover mode, lowering itself down next to Drake. He placed his hands against his helmet as the hum of the engines made his head throb. Razor and T-Bone leapt out of the cockpit.

"Sorry about that," Razor said. "We didn't see you until the last second as we were coming in."

"It's all right," Drake said, waving a hand dismissively. "I've been through much worse."

"Need some help with your bike?" T-Bone glanced at the totaled machine.

"No, I can handle it," Drake assured. "My mechanic's not going to like that I totaled it again…"

"You need to take better care of your machine," T-Bone said. He pointed over his shoulder at the Turbokat. "This baby's lasted for quite a while."

"Yeah, but you needed the Mayor's help to rebuild it twice," Drake said.

He pushed himself up and stepped towards the robot. He headed towards the robot's cockpit. A segment of armor plating fell away from it with a crash and revealed the empty chair.

"Darn it," Drake said, slamming his fist into his palm. He glanced around hoping to check sight of the fleeing Sue, but knew he wouldn't. She'd already slipped through a plothole.

-

She gasped as she fell through the plothole onto the hard stone floor. She groaned and rolled to her feet. Raven sat at his desk, turned away from her watching a screen. Music and something that the tone deaf might call singing flooded the room.

"What is that?" she asked, wrinkling up her nose.

"My disc," Raven sighed. "Apparently they figured out what it was for and placed a recording of their karaoke Christmas party over it. I'm thinking of using some of the worse numbers in the torture chamber, but even I have standards."

"Well, I'm afraid I failed my first job," she said. "And the robot got trashed."

"Yes, I saw," Raven said calmly. "The deal was one giant robot up front for five jobs. You owe me four. I hope you don't plan to back out on your side of the deal?"

"No, I'll stay."

"Excellent," Raven said, standing up. "Marion can show you to your room. I hope you like it."

She turned to leave.

"Hold on, I don't think I caught your name," Raven said, a mere formality at this point since he already knew her from reputation.

"You can call me Persia," she replied.

"Pleasure to meet you," Raven waved her from the room and sat back down. He turned to the screen and hit rewind on his remote. He stopped at the beginning of Drake's rendition of Supernova and hit play. The singing was terrible, but Raven just couldn't get enough of it. He chuckled as a dog howled in the video's background.

-

"So she got away?" Ben asked.

"They always get away the first time," Drake sighed as he fingered the bandages on his forehead.

"Aren't you worried about all this shape shifting you do?" Shirley asked. "So far you've been a cat twice. Doesn't that do anything to you?"

"Nope," Drake replied. "I'm still as sane as when I came in."

Meg the Border collie burst into the barking loudly and headed straight for Drake, who pulled his feet back onto the coach and hissed at the dog, making scratching motions with his hand. Meg stopped barking and stared at Drake. He turned to the side to find Ben and Shirley giving him the exact same look.

"Well, I might like seafood a little bit more than I used to…"

Insert Rebellious Experiment Here

The red clad Super-Sue trekked down the castle hallway. She had added a trench coat to her wardrobe. A heavy door loomed in front of her; she raised her foot and kicked it, sending the metal flying off its hinges.
Raven looked up from his reading at the loud crash and watched as his creation stepped into the room.

"I take it you have something to discuss with me?" he asked in an annoyed tone. He closed his magazine and tossed it across the room where it landed on a pile of reading material.

"As a matter of fact, I do," Super-Sue said. She raised her arm and a blast of wind shot from her palm. The gust struck Raven and sent him tumbling back over his recliner and skidding across the stone floor. "I'm striking out on my own!"

"Are you sure that's wise?" Raven asked as he stood up, his sword appearing in his grip.

"I'm tired of you ordering me around, when I could crush you under my foot like the insignificant insect you are," Super-Sue growled. "This is just a warning, don't come after me and I won't kill you."

"Sorry, but I don't want one of my enemies capturing you and learning any of my scientific secrets from dissecting you," Raven said. "I'm afraid I'll have to kill you first."

"You don't have the power to do it!" she exclaimed, her flail appeared in a flash of red light and she swung it at her creator. The thin steel cord connected to the ball stretched as it shot toward the gothic Stu.

Raven leapt over the weapon, letting it crash into the wall behind him and bury itself in the stone. He landed on the flail's cord, kneeling down and glaring at her. "The first rule of mad science is to never create something you can't destroy. I am prepared for your rebellion."

He leapt forward, becoming a blur as he descended towards Super-Sue. His sword descended towards her head, but she raised her arm and caught the blade in her palm. She chuckled, but Raven smirked as blood dripped from her hand.

Yanking on her flail, the ball pulled itself free and flew backwards. Super-Sue leapt into the air as the flying ball crashed into Raven's back and sent him crashing into the wall. She twirled her weapon over her head as Raven stepped back into the room, rubbing his forehead. A squad of white humanoid robot swarmed in behind Raven and charged at the Sue. Her flail descended on the robots and smashed half of the group through the floor. An energy blast from her free hand destroyed the rest.

"I think you forgot that I have an army at my beck and call in this world," Raven said as he advanced on his creation, flanked by a Jedi knight and Clint Eastwood dressed as cowboy and armed with a revolver.

"This world is my army!" Super-Sue exclaimed slamming her flail into the floor. The fragments of gray stone pulled together into a pair of humanoid shapes. "I've discovered that I can do some pretty nifty things with my fandom manipulating powers."

"Interesting, I didn't suspect you would be capable of this," Raven scratched his chin thoughtfully. A smile spread across his face. "I'm so proud of you."

He thrust his arm forward and bursts of dark energy shot towards the golems. Bits of stone exploded off the creatures, but they didn't seem to notice as they advanced forward. The Jedi leapt and sliced a golem in half with his lightsaber. Clint fired a shot at the other, but the shell just bounced off. A club formed from its hand and the creature smacked the cowboy, sending him flying through the wall.

Raven charged, his sword glowing with dark energy, he slashed through the golem, his arms a blur of motion. The stone creature exploded apart as the assault finished.

Super-Sue's mace crashed down on the Jedi and slammed him through the floor. Raven appeared behind the hovering Sue, but she blurred away before he could land a slash. She reappeared at the other end of the room, arm raised. A blast of wind shot from her palm, sending Raven flying back into the wall where stone tendrils wrapped around his arms. He gasped and struggled against the stone.

With a snap of Super-Sue's fingers, the pair of golems pulled themselves back together. She waved her hands and the hole in the wall and the doorway were sealed over with rock. Turning back to face Raven, she only found the stone tendrils empty. She gasped in surprise and glanced around; finding the room empty, save for herself and her creations.

Scoffing, Super-Sue opened a plothole and stepped through it.

-

Drake groaned as he crawled through the dark tunnel. The only source of light came from the miner's helmet on his head and the one on Tyler behind him.

"Okay, we should be right under it," Drake said stopping and pulling a small shovel from his belt. He began chipping at the ceiling.

"There'll be enough chocolate to last us a week up there," Tyler said gleefully as he chipped at the tunnel with a chisel.

"Not with the way you eat," Drake laughed.

"Hey, I'm not the one who can eat a whole can of clam chowder by himself."

After a few minutes, they cleared away the concrete and found the floorboards. Drake turned around and kicked the boards out.

"All right, come to papa!" Drake exclaimed as he stuck his head out of the opening. He frowned as he found himself staring at a bed. "Something tells me this is the wrong room…"

A feminine shriek furthered his assumption. Instead of ducking back into the hole, Drake did something very stupid. He turned towards the source of the scream. A pair of bare feet entered his vision, before one of the feet raised and collided with his face. Drake dropped back into the hole, unconscious, and sporting a bloody nose.

-

"So we were digging in the wrong direction?" Tyler scratched his head as he and Drake walked away from the medical wing. Bandages covered Drake's nose. Tyler had escaped unharmed and unseen.

"'Wrong' doesn't even begin to cover it," Drake groaned tenderly touching his nose.

"Yeah, we wasted a whole month," Tyler sighed. "How's your nose?"

"Not too bad," Drake said. "I wish I'd actually seen something to justify this injury, but no I ended up with all the pain and nothing to remember for it."

"Any idea who you busted in on?"

"Nope, all I saw was the bottom of her foot," he replied.

"Well, you should probably avoid the girls for a while then," Tyler suggested.

Drake started to nod his agreement when Tash stepped around the corner. He screamed in fear and jumped behind Tyler. The Society leader blinked in confusion. "What's wrong with him?"

"Um…"

"I recently ran into someone going around a corner," Drake said quickly, stepping out from behind Tyler. "That's how I got this." He pointed to his nose.

"Okay…" Tash said. "We got a large reading of Suergy in the Marvel Comics fandom. We need to form a team to deal with it. Do you guys mind going along?"

"No problem," the duo replied.

-

The plothole opened in the middle of a thick forest. Drake, Tyler, Jared, and Chloe stepped out of the portal and glanced around, looking for their target and admiring the forest.

A group of pterodactyls exploded from the bushes, startling them. A black sword flew out of the air, spinning rapidly as it headed for the agents. Tyler spun around and pulled out his wall of defense. The sword bounced off the wall and returned to its thrower's hand.

"I see I've got your attention," Raven said as he leaned against the trunk of the tree he currently stood in. "I suppose we should have a completely pointless fight before we discuss exactly why I'm here?"

The four didn't seem to hear Raven's last comment as Drake summoned his armor, Tyler morphed his Ping-Pong paddle into a staff, Jared raised his Boomhammer, and Chloe drew her sword, taking up a fighting stance.

Raven sighed and rolled his eyes before vanishing in a blur. He slammed the flat side of his sword against Drake's helmet. Jared spun around swinging his hammer at the Stu who raised his sword to block. An explosion of sound sent Raven skidding back.

"Not bad," he commented.

Tyler leapt over Jared and swung his staff down. Raven raised his hand and caught the staff, yanking Tyler forward and raising a foot to boot him back. He crashed into Jared and knocked both to the ground.

Chloe stepped forward and swung her sword at Raven. The Stu parried the blow and lunged forward with his own weapon. Chloe twisted out of the way. Drake leapt towards Raven, thrusting his foot forward. The Stu casually raised his arm and a wall of energy appeared. The armored agent bounced off the barrier, crashing into a tree.

"Boomhammer!" Jared exclaimed charging at Raven. The Stu spun around and raised his hand, a ball of dark magic forming in his palm. Tyler morphed his staff into its bomb form and tossed it at Raven as he released his blast of magic. Raven's eyes widened as the bomb exploded and knocked him back. Jared leapt out of the smoke cloud and slammed his hammer into Raven's chest. The gothic Stu went flying back with a resounding boom.

"Are you going to come quietly now?" Chloe asked.

Raven laughed as he stood up, brushing off the sleeve of his trench coat. He reached into his coat and pulled out a disc. The Society agents jumped back as he flung it towards them. They waited for a few tense minutes and relaxed when the disc didn't exploded. Tyler leaned down and picked it up.

"Now, don't eat that," Raven said. "The information on that disc will give you everything you need to build a device specifically to track Super-Sue."

"Why are you giving it to us then?" Drake asked. "Is this another one of your plans to test your creation?"

"If it were, it wouldn't be so obvious," Raven shot back, sounding insulted. "Super-Sue has turned on me, so now she has to be dealt with."

"You expect us to do your dirty work?" Chloe asked.

"I expect the Society to do exactly what it always does," Raven laughed. A plothole opened behind him and he stepped back into it.

Drake sighed. "He knows us too well."

"Well, let's get back to the Library," Jared said.

"Eh, needs pepper," the three turned to find Tyler chewing on the disc's plastic container.

"Tyler!"

-

The group was clustered around the desk in the briefing room. Many of the other Society members were there as well. Himuro had the disc inserted into a laptop, since no one wanted to risk putting the disk into any of Society computer systems.

"Well, it's exactly what he says it is," Himuro said, leaning back in his chair. "Details on how we can set our monitor to track Super-Sue."

"By tracking her unique energy?" Jared asked.

"No, when Raven created Super-Sue he used some mechanical parts in her creation," Himuro explained. "The tracking beacon is built into her entire body. It's quite clever."

"So are we going after her?" Drake asked, glancing at Tash and Harriet. "I want to get her back for last time."

"We'll have the element of surprise this time," Marcus noted. "We can go in prepared."

"Right," Adrian nodded. "Let's get what we can out of the armory. Himuro, can you calibrate the monitor to track Super-Sue?"

"-chicken!" Pete exclaimed as he resumed control of his body. He glanced around with a puzzled look.

"I'll take care of it," Camille said, hitting the eject button on the laptop.

-

The wind howled across the frozen landscape. A lone figure trekked across the snow. He was a man of enormous stature. His skin was a ghastly yellow color and his eyes dark and soulless.

He approached the opening of a cave and ducked in out of the cold. His mouth widened into a smile as he saw the figure that awaited him in the cave. Super-Sue smiled back at him and the two ran to each other and embraced.

"I was beginning to fear that you would not return," the creature said.

"Excuse me," a teen resembling Drake, but with shorter hair and stubble stepped into view. Super-Sue and Frankenstein's monster stared at the newcomer in shock, astounded at his sudden appearance.

"The author, being me, would like to apologize for not being able to keep the monster's dialogue more inline with that of the original novel, but I can't do the whole seven syllable words all the time. Anyway, back to the fic," With that the author leapt off-screen.

"I'll always return to you," Super-Sue gushed as she leaned her head against the creature's chest. Mushy romantic music began playing as the two stared into each other's eyes. The two leaned their heads together.

"Oh, thank Starclan, I arrived just in time to interrupt the kissing scene," Drake said as he leaned against the cave, clad in his armor.

Super-Sue stepped around the monster and glared at him. "So you're still alive?"

"I'm like a cockroach. You can't kill me that easily," Drake said.

"I'll be more thorough this time," she hovered into the air, thunder clapping behind her.

"We're in a cave, where'd that thunder come from?" Drake asked. "Zoinks!"

Super-Sue flew forward and Drake turned and charged out of the cave. A fist slammed into his back as he emerged into the cold air. The blow sent him flying through the air. A net dropped from above the cave and landed on the Sue. She gasped in surprise and struggled against it, before a high voltage shock ran through it. Dropping to her knees, she glared up at Drake.

He pushed himself up as several more Society agents emerged from the snowstorm, each dressed in heavy wool coats and wielding missile launchers, bazookas, and energy weapons.

"Super-Sue, you are surrounded," Adrian shouted over the gale. "Surrender and no harm will come to you."

"Eve!" the creature exclaimed as he appeared in the cave entrance. He leaned down and tried to pull the net off the Sue. A surge of electricity caused him to flinch back.

"You think you can stop me!" Super-Sue exclaimed as she slowly stood. Her hair was billowing though not from the artic gale, but rather from the aura of energy, she emitted. She grabbed the net and ripped it apart.

"Fire!" Tash exclaimed, pulling the trigger on her bazooka. Missiles flew through the air as Eve raised her arms. The snow in front of her rose up and formed a massive castle wall. The missiles exploded uselessly against it.

"Why are you bothering me?" Super-Sue asked as the wall of snow rose into the air and hovered over top of the gathered Society. "I just want to be left alone!"

"Then you shouldn't have messed with this fandom!" Drake shouted.

"You fools and your precious continuity," Super-Sue lowered her arms and the cloud of snow fell. "It will be the death of you!"

Aster in fae form raised her moon scepter and the snow began melting into water. Tash and Jess unleashed blasts of fire further melting the snow. The small army of agents charged forward even as the melted snow rained down on them.

Eve pointed forward and an army of snowmen rose out of the ground, their arms were wicked looking branches wielding melee weapons made of ices. Theirs faces consisted of a carrot nose and red energy for sinister eyes and mouth.

Drake ducked under an ice sword and roundhouse kicked its owner, scattering its midsection. It swung its sword a second time in spite of its missing middle. Drake leapt over the blow and came down on the snowman's head with both feet crushing it. An icy mace slammed into his chest armor and knocked him back.

Six snowmen surrounded Tyler. He raised his arm and made a bring-it-on gesture with his fingers. The arctic abominations charged at him, he waited until the last second and then leapt. The snowy warriors slammed into each. Tyler dropped a bomb down on the pile of snowmen; the explosion sent white powder flying everywhere. As the short agent dropped back to the ground, he leaned down and picked up a carrot, munching on it. "Eh, what's up, doc?"

A snake-like tendril of darkness bit off a snowman's head and proceeded to gobble up the rest of its body. Michael blocked an ax strike with his sword and a second snakehead sprouted from his back, biting off the head of the snowman he currently faced. Michael finished it off with a sword swing through the stomach.

I don't know why you humans get so upset about eating snow, the Darkness hissed. It's quite tasty.

"Just watch you don't eat any yellow snow," Michael said, raising his sword as another wave of demonic snowmen charged at him.

"Come on, Aster," Tash said, ducking under a sword swing, before thrusting her staff into the snowman's body and melting it. "Let's cut this problem off at the source."

Wings sprouted from her back and she leapt into the air. Aster beat her butterfly wings and followed the Society leader as she flew over the battlefield. The agents were easily beating the snowmen, but every time they destroyed one, another took its place.

Spotting the two girls, Super-Sue materialized her flail and hovered into the air. She swung her weapon forward and the winged duo scattered in opposite directions, avoiding the steel ball. Aster pointed her scepter at Eve and a layer of ice covered the Sue's curvy body. Tash dived at the frozen Sue. Flexing her muscles, Super-Sue shattered the ice and swung her flail.

A black blur slammed into Tash's side knocking her out of the ball's path. Tash hit the snow and tumbled across it. Her rescuer landed more gracefully on his feet. Raven grinned as he turned to face the Society leader. "You should be more careful."

"What are you doing here?" Tash demanded, pushing herself up and ignoring Raven's offered hand.

"Isn't it obvious?" Raven asked. "I'm going to help you destroy my creation."

"We're going to capture her if we can," Tash said.

"You won't be able to catch her," Raven spoke as though he was talking to a child. "I designed her so that nothing short of death could stop her."

"Fine, you can help then," Tash sighed as she glanced upwards.

Aster and Eve floated facing each other. Super-Sue idly twirled her flail, she launched her weapon at the fae and Aster dropped under it, flying up and slamming her scepter into Super-Sue's chin. Raven chuckled and crossed his arms, watching and waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike…

Tash flew up behind Eve and slammed her staff into the Sue's back. She spun around, swinging her flail at Tash, who raised her staff to block, the impact knocked her back and she tumbled through the air for a few feet before righting herself. The Society leader pointed her staff skyward and launched a cloud of flame at the Sue. Eve lifted up her flail, blocking the stream of fire with the massive steel ball. Aster swung her scepter at her exposed back, but Eve spun around and blocked with the glowing red orb of her flail. Ice spread from the scepter until the flail and the ball shattered apart.

Christoph exploded out of the snow, stabbing a pair of sai into the heads of two snowmen. He stepped back and watched as the snowmen advanced on him in spite of the blades stuck in their heads. A giant hawk swept down and grabbed the head of a snowman in his talon, pulling it off the body and flying off.

"Thanks, Algazdun!" the ninja said as he pulled out his yari and slashed his two startled enemies apart.

Doug and Pete stood back to back. Doug wielding a laser rifle straight out of a sci-fi novel and Pete in his Light Drake form, wielding his dual laser pistols. The blasts of energy easily melted their snowy enemies, but more of the monsters sprang up to replace the old.

"We're not going to get anywhere at this rate!" Doug exclaimed as he fried a snowman's nose.

"Everyone get behind me!" Ben exclaimed as he blasted a snowman apart with Bahamut. "I'll take care of these guys!"

The agents quickly disengaged from the snowmen they fought, retreating towards Ben who dodged a thrown ax with the Fast-Step. He thrust his palm towards the army of snowmen, fingers curled. "My coffeemakers are not controlled by Hoover Dam computers!"

A floodgate rose up behind the guitar-wielding agent, Ben scrambled to the side as the gate opened and a flood of coffee rushed towards the snowy beasts. The creatures shrieked as the coffee swept them away, melting in the hot liquid.

A chorus of cheers went up from the Society and Ben received several slaps on the back.

"It won't be that easy!" Super-Sue exclaimed swatting Aster away with a backhand. She thrust both hands forward and tendrils of red energy shot towards the brown-stained snow. Brown snowmen began rising out of the ground.

"Are iced cappuccino snowmen stronger or weaker than regular snowmen?" Drake asked.

"That depends. Are they decaf or regular?" Jared asked.

"What does it matter?" Shirley asked as she leapt at the advancing army. The Cliché Stick ripped at the snowmen with her claws and teeth, throwing snow everywhere.

"I'm glad she's on our side," Drake said.

Tash and Aster slammed their weapons into Super-Sue's chest and knocked her to the ground.

"Juari-Ken - Abari!" Tash shouted as she dived, staff thrust forward, spinning rapidly. She struck her target and a massive explosion rocked the landscape. As the smoke cleared, it revealed Super-Sue with her hand wrapped around Tash's staff, a grin on her face. She slammed her foot into Tash's stomach and sent her flying back.

SCHWOOSH-FWUMP!

Super-Sue tilted her head to the side as Adrian appeared above her and thrust his foot forward. Her hand curled around the Librarian's ankle a second later and she flung him after Tash, the impact knocking her back into the snow. Raven appeared next to her and raked his sword across her side.

She shrieked in pain and spun to face him. "Hello, creator."

Bursts of dark magic shot from Raven's sword, but a pillar of snow rose in front of the blasts putting a halt to them. Super-Sue cackled as snow moved up from the ground, forming an icy armor over her body. A massive blade of jagged ice formed in her hand last and she swung it at Raven, who ducked the blade. Adrian and Tash slammed into the Sue's back, knocking her forward, Raven swung his sword, but it barely chipped the icy armor.

"Storm Kick!" Drake exclaimed leaping into a group of snowmen. Bolts of electricity bounced across the creatures and they blew apart into brown slush.

A massive fist slammed into Drake's helmet, knocking him off his feet. He rolled to his feet and faced his attacker. The monster towered over him, glaring down with its dark eyes. Drake gulped as Frankenstein's monster took a step forward.

"Why must you hound us? Even here in this frozen wasteland were we would be no threat to humanity," the monster asked.

"Hey, I don't know what she told you, but we're just here for her," Drake said.

"I won't let you take her!" he exclaimed, swinging a fist at Drake's head. The armored agent leapt over the creature, but he spun around faster than Drake expected and landed a blow to his back. "She is the only one who truly understands me and doesn't run from my terrifying visage!"

"I'm just doing my job," Drake quickly crushed a handful of snow together and rolled onto his back, tossing the hastily made snowball into the creature's face. He roared in rage and Drake jumped back to his feet, slamming a kick into his stomach. The monster barely flinched under the blow and lashed out with an arm. Drake ducked under the attack. He punched the creature's stomach, but again the attack was shrugged off.

The monster's arm reached out and its fingers closed around Drake's throat, hoisting him into the air. Drake gasped for air as the fingers dug into his neck. The agent pulled out a copyright and prepared to stick it to the creature's arm, but the creature's free hand wrapped around his wrist.

"Boomhammer!" Jared's signature weapon slammed into the monster's back. He stumbled forward and lost his grip on Drake's neck. The human gasped as air rushed back into his lungs.

"Storm Punch!" Drake exclaimed, stepping forward and slamming his crackling fist into the creature's chest. The wretch grunted and fell unto his side unconscious. Drake glanced up at Jared. "Thanks."

Adrian ducked under a swing of the massive ice sword. Next to him, Raven launched a barrage of dark magic from his palm, which exploded against the Sue's armor. A pink energy whip lashed out of Eve's wrist and knocked the Librarian and the gothic Stu back.

"How do we beat her?" Adrian asked as he picked himself out of the snow.

"First you need to get rid of that armor," Raven replied. "Then distract her so I can deliver the crucial blow to her weak spot."

"What is her weak spot?" Adrian pressed.

"That's not your concern," Raven smirked. "You only need to worry about keeping me around long enough to take her down."

Adrian sighed and glanced back at Super-Sue. Tash attempted to use Doryuto, but Eve blocked the attack with her sword and landed a punch to Tash's chin. The dazed leader stumbled back as Eve raised her sword for the final blow.

"Librarian Art 5: A through Z!" Adrian commanded as thick encyclopedias dropped on Super-Sue. "Librarian Art 3: Burning Knowledge!" The pile of volumes burst into flame and wrapped around the armored Sue.

With a cry of rage, Eve blew out the fire with a blast of wind. Her armor and sword had melted away. Raven charged at her, sword raised. Super-Sue blocked his first slash with her arm, the blade leaving a shallow cut in her flesh that quickly began healing. The Stu scored another cut across her stomach, before Eve kicked him back.

Michael exploded out of Eve's shadow, stabbing his sword into her back. She yelped in pain as he dug the blade in and the Darkness' tendrils bite into her shoulders. An aura of red light formed around her, everyone covered his or her eyes as the light reached blinding intensity. Michael cried out in agony and dropped to his knees as the glow faded.

A bolt of energy from Bahamut struck Super-Sue in the side and Tyler appeared in front of her, slamming his staff into her knee. She grabbed his shirt and tossed him to the side as Ben continued blasting her with his guitar. She spun to face him and knocked him off his feet with an energy blast.

"Don't mess with nukes!" Ben pointed at her and a missile descended out of the sky. She raised an arm and blasted the projectile out of the air. Drake hurled his spear at her, while Pete unleashed a barrage of laser fire. She swatted the spear aside with ease, but the energy blasts exploded against her.

"What happened to my snowmen army?" Eve growled.

"Once you had four opponents going after you, it seems you lost concentration and your army began falling apart," Chloe explained as she dispatched the last snowman.

"I'll still take you apart!" Super-Sue exclaimed.

"All fourteen of us?" Adrian asked pointing his sword at her.

Her sneer faded for a moment and she looked unsure what she should do. The corners of Raven's mouth curled into a smirk before he blurred in front of his creation and plunged his sword into her chest. Several of the Society agents exclaimed in surprise at the attack. Raven pulled his sword free and Eve slumped to her knees, pressing a hand over the ugly wound.

"What did you do?" Eve gasped out.

"I destroyed your Super-Suergy chamber," Raven calmly pulled his glasses out of his trench coat and slipped them onto his face. "It's responsible for regulating all the energy in your body. Without it, you'll only last for a few seconds."

Raven raised his sword, blocking Adrian's Hoshikuzu from connecting with his neck. "You're under arrest!"

"I don't think so," the Stu replied as Eve's body began swelling. "You have only a few precious seconds to clear the area before my creation releases all of her energy in a colorful and fatal explosion."

"Run for it!" Tash shouted even as several agents took off. The rest quickly followed. Raven vanished in a blur as Adrian pulled Michael unto his shoulder and charged after his fleeing comrades, leaving the grossly swelling Sue by herself.

The snow around her began melting as multicolored sparks flashed across her skin. She screamed right until the end when an explosion of rainbow light burst forth. The force of the blast threw the fleeing Society agents off their feet and shook the artic wasteland, but the deadly light didn't reach them.

Drake groaned and stood up, glancing back at the empty crater behind them.

-

"Welcome back!" Marion exclaimed cheerfully as Raven stepped into his office. "So how'd it go?"

"Everything went according to plan," Raven replied, taking a seat behind his desk.

"Too bad, you lost Super-Sue," she continued.

"Yes, but there is a cancellation prize in this case," Raven said, rubbing his hands together. "But that will have to wait until the next story."

Insert ET-Infested Pyramid of Death Here

Drake yawned and rolled over. He grunted as something slammed into his ribs. His eyes snapped open. Ekard grinned down at him.

The Elimination Society agent rolled to his feet and faced his doppelganger, fists clenched. Ekard calmly stepped back.

It took Drake's mind a few seconds to recall his last few memories. He had brought the top of the Megacorp arena down on Super-Sue, though he was caught in the wreckage as well. Later, Ekard had found him and knocked him out.

He waited for Ekard to morph into his armor, but when he didn't, quickly glanced at his surroundings. Gray stone formed the walls, ceiling, and floor. Carvings covered every inch of surface, both of ancient characters and creatures that Drake recognized.

"Welcome to the Alien versus Predator fandom," Ekard spoke up.

"Why am I here?" Drake asked, glaring at his counterpart. He glanced down at his wrist. The blue and silver bracelet that was his armor's inactive form still adorned his arm. "And how come I'm not covered in bruises and such?"

"You're here so I can watch you die," Ekard said, leaning against the wall. "I figured you would appreciate dying in one of your favorite fandoms-"

"AvP isn't one of my favs," Drake scoffed. "The first couple of Alien movies are better."

"And you're not injured because I used my Society's healing machines on you," Ekard continued. "It would be no fun watching you fight for your life when you're already half dead."

"You have healing machines?" Drake asked.

"Obviously, we can get equipment from hundreds of different fandoms," Ekard said. "Don't tell me the Elimination Society is still using real life medicine."

"Um…"

"Anyway…" Ekard pulled out his plothole generator. "Good luck surviving the pyramid."

He opened a plothole and leapt through it before Drake could react. "Hey, wait is it Halloween yet? Did I miss the Society's Halloween party?"

-

"Why did he have to pick tonight to go missing?" Ben asked as he stared at the screen. The Society had been monitoring the fandoms in shifts, looking for any kind of distortion that could be their missing agent.

"Well, you know what he would do if it was one of us that was missing and he was here," Tyler said.

"He'd keep looking until he found us?" Ben ventured.

"No, once the party started, he'd forget about us and go have a good time," Tyler said. "I propose that's what we should. He'd have wanted it that."

They stared at the screens in silence for a moment, then both turned and dashed from the room.

-

Drake glanced around as he trekked through the pyramid. He jumped at every little sound and blinked when he thought he saw the air rippling.

The sound of metal scraping over stone came from behind him and he spun around to find a green haired teenager charging down the corridor, dragging a pair of swords against the wall. He leapt back as the Stu swung a sword at him.

"Wardrobe Change!" Drake shouted, raising his arm. His bracelet flashed brightly, obscuring his form in a blue glow, which faded to reveal his armor. "Just one of you? Shouldn't canon fodder attack in groups?"

The Stu bellowed a war cry and darted forward. Drake ducked under the first swing of his sword and twisted around several more. His spear appeared in a flash and he blocked an overhead attack from both swords. He shoved against the swords, sending their wielder stumbling back. He ducked and swung his spear at the Stu's feet, but his opponent leapt over top of him.

Drake spun around, only to meet a sword thrust to the chest. He grunted as it managed to penetrate his armor, knocking him back.

"Slicing Gale!" Drake exclaimed, swinging his spear through the air. Three crescents of wind magic went flying at the Stu, but he sliced through the attack with his swords.

The combatants charged at each other, their weapons met in a loud clash, sending sparks flying. They broke apart and Drake thrust his spear forward. The Stu blocked with a sword and swung the other. Drake raised his free arm and the sword struck his armored wrist rather than his head.

Drake's spear vanished and his opponent suddenly found himself off balance. The spear reappeared and Drake thrust it forward, only for his adversary to leap away. His weapon vanished again.

"Giving up?" the Stu asked.

"No, I just thought I'd let the carnivorous alien behind you finish you off for me," Drake replied.

"Ha! I'm not falling for that old…" he trailed off as a soft hiss sounded close to his ear. He slowly turned around. The large black alien reared up. Its boney tail swishing behind it. Its eyeless gaze locked on the Stu's head. The banana-shaped head descended towards the Stu, its tongue shooting out.

"Yuck!" Drake exclaimed stepping back as red and pink gore splattered against in the floor.

The Stu's body turned into motes of yellow light. The alien hissed as its prey vanished and turned to stare at Drake. The human stepped back as two more aliens appeared behind the first.

"Bollocks," Drake muttered as the aliens slowly advanced towards him.

The pyramid rumbled and the walls began moving. A hallway opened behind Drake and he quickly turned and ran for it. The aliens hissed and leapt after him. Pillars descended from the ceiling and Drake had to leap out of the way to avoid one crushing him. One of the aliens slammed headfirst into another pillar.

The end of the hall was closing as two pieces of stone slid together. Drake leapt through the door, rolling across the floor as he landed and spun around. The lead alien leapt through the door just before it closed.
Drake scrambled back as the alien swung a clawed hand at him. He jumped to his feet and stepped forward, slamming a kick into the alien's maw. It hissed in pain as the blow snapped its head around.

"You shouldn't try to eat someone with magic power armor," Drake said. He took a few seconds to glance around the room for a means of escape.

The alien reacted quickly, leaping at him before he finished scanning the area. He managed to wrap an arm around the alien's throat as it landed on him. His back slammed against the wall, cracking the stone as the alien's claws dug into his armor. Its head slowly moved towards his face, despite him trying to force it back. A jaw-tipped tongue shot from its mouth, snapping closed an inch from Drake's visor.

He removed his arm from the alien's throat and quickly slammed a punch into its face. The blow wasn't particularly powerful, but it still knocked the alien back. He drew his arm back for another shot.

"Storm Punch!" His fist glowed with crackling blue energy as it struck the alien's jaws, green blood sprayed from its mouth as it fell onto its back. Flecks of blood struck Drake's arm and helmet, eating through the metal like acid.

He pulled off his helmet and threw it to the side. He glanced down at his arm, there was no way he could remove the armor there, so he had no choice, but to watch as the acid smoked. He gritted his teeth as he felt his flesh burning. A moment later the pain subsided as the blood lost its acidic qualities. The armored agent sighed.

Raven leapt to the side as a spiked-covered ball flew towards his head. The ball imbedded itself in the wall behind him. Super-Sue yanked on the ball's chain and pulled the weapon back to her, swinging it over her head.

She swung the flail forward, but Raven vanished in a blur, reappearing behind her. He swung his demonic blade, but she leapt forward, pulling on the chain and sending the ball flying back at him. The gothic Stu thrust an arm forward, a barrier of dark energy appearing in front of him. The flail slammed into it and shattered the magic; the backlash sent Raven flying across the room.

Super-Sue landed on top of Raven and swung her fist towards his head. She stopped short of slamming his head into the stone floor. "I win."

"I believe the rules stated that the winner was the one to draw first blood," Raven said, moving his red streaked sword into view.

She gasped and reached an arm around to feel her back. The wound Raven had inflicted had already healed, but the tear in her clothing remained.

"Fine, at least this idiotic fight is over," Super-Sue scoffed stepping back.

Raven pushed himself to his feet. "If one doesn't keep his skills sharp in times of peace, he'll be ill prepared when he really needs to fight for his life."

"Whatever," his creation scoffed and turned away.

His sword vanished in a cloud of dark energy as Raven snorted. He needed to do something about Super-Sue's attitude, she was behaving just like a common Mary Sue and he couldn't have that.

-

Drake waited ten minutes before the pyramid reconfigured again and he could leave the room. He stepped out glancing around wearily.

A pale spider-like creature leapt at his face, eight legs stretched wide. His weapon of choice appeared in his hands and he thrust it forward. The facehugger impaled itself on the spear tip. Drake pushed the alien off the end of the spear and held the tip up to his face. The acidic blood had eaten the sharp point clean off.

A curse word came to mind, but before he could utter it, a figure leapt from around a corner and flung something at him. He yelped and ducked as the large throwing star flew over his unprotected head.

The predator hissed from behind its silver mask. Armor sparsely covered its muscular humanoid body. Dreadlocks adorned its head. Two serrated blades extended from the gauntlet on its left hand.

"Which one are you? Chopper or Celtic?" Drake asked. "Not that it matters, both of you died rather quickly in the movie, let's see how long you last in my fanfic."

He charged at the alien, swinging his ruined spear at it. The predator swung up its wrist blades and sliced the spear shaft in half. Drake gasped in surprise and barely managed to leap back in time as the predator drew back for a second attack.

He tossed the remains of his spear to the side. Celtic stepped after him, swinging his wrist blades. Drake swung up his cape, the fabric hardening into a silvery shield. The alien metal tore through his hardened cape with ease and sliced through the armor beneath. The Society agent yelped in pain and leapt back, cradling his bleeding arm.

Celtic raised his arm for the finishing blow, but a black body tackled him from the side. The alien and predator struggled on the ground, but finally Celtic managed to throw the reptilian monster off.

Drake slammed a kick into the back of the predator's head as he tried to stand. The blow knocked him back to the floor. The alien swung its spike tipped tail at the human. Drake turned to the side, but the stinger still glanced off his shoulder. He grabbed the tail and yanked, pulling the alien closer. He slammed a fist into its head as its claws, slashed at his chest.

A hand gripped his ankle and the predator yanked his feet out from under him. The predator scored a hit with its wrist blades across the alien's chest. The green blood melted through the blades, rendering them useless.

Celtic drew a silver staff from his back. It extended into a spear. He thrust it down at Drake's chest, but he rolled out of the way. The alien swung its tail at Celtic, but he blocked with his spear.

Drake leapt over both creatures and charged for the exit. The predator and alien were too intent on each to care about the fleeing human.

-

Marion grunted as she stood on her toes, trying to reach the vile of green liquid on the shelf above her.

"What's taking so long?" Raven exclaimed as he threw open the door to the room.

The pink haired Sue yelped in surprise and somehow managed to fall over, slamming against the shelf and knocking it over. It landed on a counter, preventing it from crushing Marion, but the vials of chemicals still went falling to the floor, shattering. Miraculously none of the potentially deadly serums landed on her.

Raven released an exasperated growl and slammed a palm against his face. "Couldn't you have gotten a stool?"

"You wouldn't let me into the storage room after the Splinter Incident," Marion shot back.

He sighed as he stepped over and pushed the shelf back up right. Marion quickly scurried away. Several puddles of liquid had mixed and were melting through the floor.

"Can't you do anything right?" Raven asked her.

"What about that hole I sewed up in your trench coat?" she asked.

"You used pink thread."

-

Drake stopped and leaned against the wall, gasping for breath. He glanced up and found himself staring down the corridor that led to the pyramid's exit. Relief washed over him as he charged for the exit, took the steps down from the temple entrance three at a time, and almost slid across the floor of the icy cavern.

"Going somewhere?" Ekard asked as he stepped out from behind a stalagmite.

Drake slid to a stop and glared at his counterpart. "It couldn't be easy, could it?"

"Now, I'll finally put an end to your interference," the Protection Society agent raised his arm. A flash of red light blinded Drake for a moment. When he looked back, Ekard was covered head to toe in his red and gold armor. "Shall we?"

Drake leapt forward, swinging a kick for Ekard's chest. He rolled under the blow. Drake spun around and threw a punch, which his counterpart easily blocked. Ekard retaliated with a blow to the chest that dented Drake's damaged armor.

"Drought Kick!" Ekard exclaimed, hitting a stalagmite with a roundhouse kick. The magic-charged blow shattered the ice and sent it flying forward. Drake threw up his arms to shield his face as shards of ice slammed into him. Ekard charged forward and slammed a fist into his gut. He doubled over in pain and an elbow slammed down on his back, knocking him to the floor.

A string of loud beeps sounded from Ekard's wrist. "Oops, looks like the movie is about to reach its finale."

He glanced down at his opponent's motionless body. Deciding to let Drake perish in the explosion the protagonists would set off; he pulled out his plothole generator. With a squeeze of its trigger, a plothole tore open in front of him. Drake suddenly scrambled to his feet, slammed into his twin and sent both falling into the portal.

They crashed into the snow. The plothole generator flew from Ekard's grasp and landed a few feet away. Drake pushed himself up, but Ekard slammed an elbow into his gut and kicked him back.

Drake slowly stood up. He glanced down at the abandoned fishing village below them, wondering why Ekard had chosen to teleport here, rather than go back to his own base.

"Still conscious, eh?" his doppelganger asked as he stood up. He pulled a red cell phone from behind his back, flicking it open. He hit four buttons on it.

"Jet Sliger come closer," the phone droned in an electronic voice.

A large red vehicle exploded out of the snowdrift behind Ekard. The rocket-shaped Jet Sliger turned, a burst of fire from its side booster helping to steady it. Ekard back flipped into the vehicle's open cockpit.

"Where did you get one of those from?" Drake shouted.

"It was easy enough," Ekard replied. "We just scrapped up the remains of the two Jet Sligers destroyed during the course of Kamen Rider Fiaz and went from there."

The front assembly of the vehicle slid open as Ekard hit a button. Four missiles loaded themselves into either side of the opening. The projectiles shot forward, each splitting into eight smaller missiles as they went. Drake leapt as the missiles near him, several missiles struck him, detonating the ones next to them. The resulting fireball sent him flying back, crashing into a snowdrift. His armor was scorched black and covered in damage.

Laughing maniacally, Ekard guided his craft over the frozen landscape. He lined up with his target and fired a blast of energy from the Jet Sliger's Photon Cannon. Drake rolled backwards and the blast struck his indentation in the snow.

He leapt forward, landing on the front of the vehicle. The Photon Cannon fired again, but Drake had already made a second leap and landed behind the cockpit. Ekard made to stand up, but a kick slammed into his back, knocking him against the controls. He growled and spun his upper body around. Summoning his spear, he swept Drake's feet out from under him.

Drake crashed down on the vehicle as Ekard raised the spear. He thrust the spear down, but his target slid down to cling to the side of the vehicle.

Swearing in frustration, Ekard turned back to the controls and raised the Jet Sliger into the air. The craft descended over the edge of the cliff and turned around. Drake glanced back at the wall of ice. Ekard chuckled and then slammed the side of the Jet Sliger into the wall. The Society Agent pulled himself back on top of the vehicle just in time.

"Oh, will you just die?" Ekard growled as he stood up and turned around.

He swung his spear, but Drake ducked under it. As the weapon swung back towards him, he grabbed hold of it. Ekard yanked on the spear, Drake stumbled forward and punched Ekard with his free hand. The Protection Society agent lost hold of his spear and slipped off the Jet Sliger, grabbing hold of its side.

Before Ekard to summon the spear out of Drake's grip, he slammed it point first into the controllers. The console sparked and the engine whirred as the vehicle began to lose altitude. Drake flung himself at the cliff face, grabbing hold of the uneven surface.

A massive blue fireball exploded from the middle of the frozen town, extending outwards. Drake gasped as he saw it and began climbing. The explosion advanced too fast though and Drake soon found it bearing down on him.

-

The Jet Sliger lay in a ruined heap somewhere in a hanger. Ekard groaned as he jumped down from the wreckage.

"I guess it's a good thing you installed a Plothole Generator on that," Relyt frowned at the ash-covered Ekard.

He groaned in reply, his armor dispersing into motes of red light. "I pictured that ending differently in my mind."

"Why didn't you just outright kill him?" Relyt asked.

"Because it wouldn't have been any fun!" Ekard shouted, throwing up his arms. "When I finally kill him, it will be on my terms. Not because I found him abandoned under a pile of rubble by someone else."

"Dude, I think you should seek therapy," Relyt said bluntly.

"What was that?" Ekard asked, shooting a glare at the shorter agent. "Do you want me to booby trap the refrigerator again?"

Relyt shook his head fearfully.

"I thought not."

-

"So how did you avoid the explosion?" Tyler asked.

Drake took a bite of pizza. His Halloween costume was a perfect replica of David Xanatos' battle armor from Gargoyles. He regretted choosing it now since the tail and wings made it impossible to sit down anywhere other than the floor. After having his injuries tended to, he had gone to grab a costume as fast as he could and get to the party. "I'd rather not discuss that."

-

FLASHBACK

The explosion struck the cliff, sending Drake flying into the air, smoke trailing him. He bellowed a yell that would have made Goofy proud as gravity kicked in and he dropped face first into the snow.

"Bollocks," he muttered. He pushed himself up, pausing as he wondered if he was spending too much time around Tash. Resolving to use swearwords of a more American variety, the armored agent trekked through the snow, approaching his counterpart's dropped plothole generator.

Drake picked up the device and adjusted its settings. He prayed that he could use it to get back to the Library.

-

"Has that been happening all night?" Drake asked as he took a sip of soda.

"The flashbacks?" Tash asked, looking up from petting Adrian's kitty form. "Yep, we've been having a lot of them."

"Maybe I'll get a flashback of that time I replaced the Society Agent Entrance Exams with my own insanity ridden version of them," Drake smirked.

"That was you?" Tash glared at him.

"I think I'll go see how the Twister game is progressing…" Drake edged away from the angry Society leader.

Insert Walking Arsenal of Death Here

Adrian clung tightly to the bag of candy in his hand. With Halloween approaching, it was getting even harder to keep the other agents from stealing his precious collection of sweets. He glanced back down the hall. The hallway was lined with cardboard boxes, which were going to be moved upstairs and the Halloween decorations within unpacked.

Just a little farther and I can hide this, Adrian thought as he turned and continued on his way. One of the boxes lifted up and crept after him. Adrian paused, the box quickly stopped moving and dropped back to the floor, Adrian spun around a moment later.

The Librarian frowned. He turned and took several steps, before spinning around and finding the box had moved a few feet forward. He nodded to himself and reached for a torch hanging on the wall. He twisted the torch down and a mechanical click sounded.

"Oh, crap," the box's occupant muttered as the trapdoor opened. Drake screamed as gravity took effect.

-

"For the last time, no," Raven stared sternly at the Amazonian Sue.

Super-Sue still possessed her rainbow colored hair, but she was less muscular than during her last encounter with the Society (and the readers). She had also switched to wearing just a bright red bodysuit and had tied her long hair into a ponytail.

"I don't want to go to the Ratchet and Clank fandom," Super-Sue whined. "There aren't any handsome protagonists or villains to date there. Except maybe Quark, but he's kind of stupid and old."

"We have to make sure the modifications I made to you were effective," Raven sighed. "And we're doing it in that fandom, whether you like it or not. You can get a boyfriend after we've accomplished my evil plan."

Super-Sue glared at Raven, then turned and stormed out of his office.

The villain Stu sighed and leaned back in his incredibly comfortable, yet stylishly evil chair. "Darn experiments. You grow them from a few cells, give them the best test tube available, feed them, clothe them, and how do they repay you?"

"Hey, it's all part of being an evil genius," Marion said, pausing in her dusting to smile at her boss.

"Oh, shut up," Raven sighed.

-

"I'd better not miss the party because of this," Drake muttered as he shoved a large silver gun into a nondescript backpack. The pack seemed to suck the gun into itself and didn't get any larger. Drake already had several weapons from the Society armory crammed into it. He normally wouldn't have bothered with weaponry, but since he was heading for the Ratchet and Clank fandom, he thought it would a good idea to make an exception for once. "I haven't even picked out a costume yet."

"You've got plenty of time," Tyler pointed out. "The only way you'll miss the party is if you run into big trouble and end up in a hospital bed for a couple of weeks."

"That seems to have been happening quite a lot lately…" Drake frowned.

He slung the backpack over his shoulders and pulled out his Plothole Generator.

"If I'm not back in half an hour, wait another half an hour," Drake opened a plothole and leapt through it. He exited the plothole and immediately sank up to his sneakers in mud.

He groaned and glanced around. He was on planet Joba in the Bogon Galaxy of the second game. It was a tropical rainforest sort of planet with the occasional presence of technology. The opening to what was probably a bunker stood just behind him. He frowned, swearing this place looked familiar, but not quite placing it.

The hum of an engine reached his ears and he spun around as a crowd of hoverbikes raced towards him. Drake quickly realized he was in the middle of a racetrack.

"Wardrobe Change," Drake commanded as the leader bore down on him. His armor materialized in a flash of light as Drake leapt onto the front of the approaching bite, he leapt off it, kicked off the shoulder of the second place biker, and grabbed the low branch of a tree. He sighed and hauled himself onto the branch, his armor vanishing as soon as he was securely atop it.

Drake wasted several seconds trying to find a way off the racecourse. Unfortunately, the way they were constructed in video games meant you couldn't leave one until the race was over or you opened the pause menu and quit. Drake pulled out a Playstation controller and went with the second option.

"I knew this thing would come in handy," Drake chuckled as he tossed the controller up and down.

A floating blank screen caught his attention. After glancing around and determining that this had not been a part of the game's canon he approached it. The screen flickered on and a short pink haired girl Drake had never seen before appeared against a black background.

"What am I supposed to do?" she asked glancing to the right off the screen.

"Just read the card!" a voice hissed quietly from off screen.

"Okay," Marion glanced down and read. "Haha! Foolish Society Agent! I have conquered this fandom. If you wish to try and thwart my powers of perfection, then I challenge you to fight me at the Megacorp Arena!"

She glanced to her left and smiled. "How was that?"

Drake sighed as the screen blinked off. "This is not what I wanted to be doing with my Halloween. Couldn't the Sues at least take holidays off?"

He turned and started in the direction of the arena. It didn't take long for him to run into a pack of natives. The blue aliens were tall and humanoid with long necks and large, tusk-like teeth. They wore red armor including a helmet that reminded Drake of those worn by World War I pilots. They wielded swords and laser guns. A large purple two-legged creature trotted around with one of the aliens astride its back.

Taking cover around a corner, Drake removed his backpack and pulled a large silvery weapon out of it. He tossed it to the side and pulled out a light saber. He chucked this away as well.

"Aha!" he yanked out a remote controlled monster truck and set it down. He removed some duct tape and several pounds of C4 from the pack, strapped the C4 to the truck and pulled out the remote control and the detonator. He carefully drove the car around the corner and towards the group of aliens. One of the creatures noticed the toy and stopped to pick it up. He grunted in his native tongue and the rest of the group came to examine his bizarre discovery.

"Yes!" Drake hit the detonator and the C4 exploded. Pieces of armor and alien gore shot everywhere. Drake leaned around the corner and saw a massive blackened crater where the aliens had been. "Note to self, four pounds of C4 may be a bit excessive."

He stuffed his supplies back into the pack and stepped around the corner. He spent a few minutes on platform puzzles that I won't bore you with describing. As he hauled himself up the last ledge, he sighed as he spotted another group of aliens. One noticed him and let out an alarm cry. The tribe charged at him with weapons raised.

Drake reached into his backpack and drew out a random weapon. He pulled the trigger and balls of blue paint splattered against the creatures. The unharmed aliens stopped and laughed at his ineffective weapon. Drake glanced down at the Paintinator. He tossed the paint gun to the side and pulled out another weapon. This one was to a pistol what a pistol was to a machine gun. The aliens nearly fell onto the ground as they laughed hysterically.

"You guys obviously never saw Men in Black," Drake remarked before pulling the trigger. The recoil from the shot sent him flying back into the air several feet and straight off the edge he had just climbed.

-

A grappling hook buried itself in the hard metal of the arena dome. Drake tugged on the line to make sure it was secure. Satisfied, Drake took hold of the rope and leapt off the edge. He yelled as he swung towards the wall of rock. He crashed into the wall with a loud smack. "No pain, no reign of terror."

With the touch of a button, the grappling hook retracted. Drake hummed as he was slowly hauled to safety. He sighed as his feet found solid ground. He pulled a crowbar out of his backpack and approached the wall.
The Sue's horrible acting didn't fool him. Going in the front way would surely lead to a trap. All those months breaking into Adrian's sweet storehouses was about to pay off! He stabbed the point of the crowbar against the arena's metal. A loud mechanical hum sounded and Drake vanished in a flash of green light.

-

Raven slouched against the railing of the arena bleachers. Marion was sitting next to him, eating from a large bucket of popcorn. She was munching very audibly. Raven had quit glancing over at her after meeting his first sight of chewed-up yellow mush. Super-Sue was standing at one end of the arena, impatiently twirling her hair.

A flash of light blazed and faded to reveal a puzzled Drake still clutching his crowbar.

"Ah, Drake! So glad you could join us!" Raven exclaimed as he stood up. "Welcome to the first live test of Super-Sue Version 7.8."

"You planned this whole thing?" Drake asked, tossing the crowbar aside.

"Yes, after I realized my lab assistant lacked acting skills," he shot a sideways glance at Marion. "I set up a teleportation trap around the whole stadium. All so you could experience the power of my revamped creation."

"Now, prepare to die," Super-Sue smirked.

"Wow, she talks now," Drake gasped. "Just token bad-guy phrases, but it's an improvement over the silent, mindless zombie of two fics ago."

The Sue growled and started towards him. She reached back and pulled out her ponytail, time slowed as she shook her head, sending her long lustrous strands billowing majestically. A grenade slammed into her and obscured the whole scene in a fiery explosion.

"You shouldn't move in slow mo unless everyone else agrees to," Drake said, leaning the grenade launcher against his shoulder.

"I'll remember that!" Super-Sue shouted as she emerged from the cloud of smoke without a scratch on her.

"Oh, crap," Drake muttered. He aimed the launcher and fired another grenade. Super-Sue caught the projectile out of the air, smirked at Drake, and then hurled the grenade back.

"Wardrobe Change!" Drake's armor materialized as he dropped the grenade launcher and leapt to the side. The explosion sent him flying a bit farther then he intended and he almost rolled off into the electrified pit surrounding the arena.

Super-Sue blurred out of sight and reappeared standing over Drake a second later. She pulled her arm back and threw a punch, Drake rolled to the side and her fist dented the floor rather than his skull.

He summoned his spear in a flash of light and swung it at her, but she blocked the sharp blade with one finely manicured fingernail. Still using only her finger, she batted the spear to the side and kicked Drake in the chest. His armor sparked from the blow and he went flying halfway across the arena a second time.

The Society Agent leapt back to his feet and pulled two handguns from his backpack. One was a sub-machine pistol, the other a futuristic unidentified handgun from Men in Black. He pointed both at Super-Sue and opened fire.

A whip of pink energy extended from her wrist and she swatted the barrage away as she moved towards Drake. The machine pistol clicked empty and he tossed it to the side, pulling out a laser gun to replace it. A lance of red energy shot from it, but Super-Sue raised an arm and beam of white light shot from her palm, hitting the red laser bolt and pushing it back with ease. Drake rolled to avoid the blast and grabbed a shotgun, as he came up just a few feet from Super-Sue. He fired a spray of shotgun pellets, as Super-Sue turned transparent. The shots harmlessly passed through her.

She gestured and a blast of wind knocked the shotgun out of his arms. Her arm shot forward and her vice-like hand closed around Drake's throat, lifting him off the ground.

"Looks like you worked out the bugs," Marion commented from the stands.

"Yes, but I would like to see just how powerful she is," Raven mused. "Besides a one sided battle is no fun."

"So are you going to run more tests?" Marion asked.

Drake's spear reappeared in his hands and he stabbed it towards Super-Sue, her free hand shot up and caught it before it could damage any cleavage… I mean pierce her chest. The spear vanished with a flash, moving to Drake's other hand. He swung the weapon up and Super-Sue barely managed to lean her head out of the way in time. She released his neck and blurred several steps back.

Strands of rainbow colored hair floated to the ground. Super-Sue raised a hand to her head and felt her hair. She glared at Drake even as her recently cut hair began growing back to its original length.

"You can regenerate your hair?" Drake asked. "Talk about useless super-powers."

"Shut up!" Super-Sue shouted, cupping her hands together. A blinding blue light appeared in her palms as she thrust them forward. Drake leapt into the air as the truck sized beam shot towards him. It missed and instead tore a hole in the arena wall, taking out part of the unoccupied bleachers.

Okay, that's it. I'm out of here! Drake thought as he pulled out his Plothole Generator. Super-Sue blurred and appeared in front of him, landing a punch to the gut, followed by a knee to the helmet. She grabbed the Plothole Generator and wrenched it out of the dazed agent's hand. She crushed it, the device exploding, as all small electronic devices are wont to do.

Still seeing stars, Drake drew his arm back, blue energy crackling around his fist. He swung his fist forward praying it would connect with the blurry figure of Super-Sue. Fortunately, it did and sent her flying across the arena. Drake pulled out a Writer's Block and tossed it down. It quickly expanded and blocked off the half of the arena Super-Sue stood on. Drake flopped down and pressed a hand against his aching head.

Super-Sue formed an energy whip and lashed it against the transparent wall. A thunderous crack filled the room as it struck, but the wall didn't budge. She screamed in rage and began bombarding the Writer's Block with massive energy blast after massive energy blast. During the assault, the wall didn't budge an inch.

Drake groaned and rubbed his head. The yelling, exploding, and bright flashes of light was aggravating his quickly growing headache. He glanced towards the hole Super-Sue had blasted in the wall and considered running for it, but if he tried, Super-Sue might realize she could blast through the side of the arena to chase him. He tried his communicator, but a screen of static meant his eyes. Raven seemed to have figured out a way to short out his electronic gadgets.

The Sue finally stopped hammering the barrier and hovered to the ground, seething with rage.

"Giving up?" Drake asked, smirking beneath his helmet.

Super-Sue smirked and turned transparent, sinking into the floor. Drake stepped back as she hovered back out of the floor, now on his side of the Writer's Block.

"Slicing Gale!" Drake exclaimed, swinging his spear and sending three arcs of blue wind magic at her. Super-Sue thrust her arm forward and blew Drake and his attack back with a blast of wind.

Drake yelled as he dropped towards the electrified edge of the arena. He summoned his spear and stabbed it into the wall. It penetrated the hard metal and Drake spun around on the handle, landing on top of it.

Super-Sue appeared above him and grabbed his backpack. He yelped as she shot toward the ceiling. They reached the massive cylinder that served as the cage match arena. Super-Sue was quickly ascending to the top.

Ripping free of his backpack, Drake dropped towards the cylinder's wall. He kicked off it, changing direction and flying at Super-Sue. His armored fist slammed into her cheek. She recovered in seconds and swatted him, sending him crashing into the wall.

"Kamehameha!" Super-Sue cupped her hands together, blue energy glowing in her palms. Drake pushed himself out of the imprint of himself in the wall and charged headfirst down the wall. Super-Sue unleashed her attack, blasting away the wall behind him and catapulting him into the air.

His spear appeared in hand and he stabbed it into the wall, spinning around on it and letting go, flying back up at Super-Sue. His feet slammed into her… chest…

"That hurt!" Super-Sue exclaimed.

"I find that hard to believe," Drake said as he sat on the top of the cylinder. "There's no way those are real."

"They're real!" she growled.

"Suuure, real silicon."

"Die!" she spun around and launched a blast of white light from her palm.

Drake was already pushing off his resting spot and was well away from the blast. Super-Sue blurred up next to him and landed a kick, sending him crashing into the wall. This time he went sliding down it. Super-Sue landed on the opposite wall and slide as well. She began tossing yellow energy balls at him. Drake flipped into the air, avoiding the first salvo. He touched back down on the wall and kicked off it, going flying at Super-Sue. She leapt to meet him, fist drawn back.

"Double Storm Kick!" Drake exclaimed as storm clouds began gathering on the ceiling above. Flashing rainbow energy enveloped Super-Sue's fist. Drake thrust both of his legs forward, lightning shooting down from the ceiling and enveloping his feet in crackling blue energy. Wind howled, the sound of roars echoing almost unheard over the gale. The attacks met in a massive explosion over the arena.

"Now, that's what I'm talking about!" Raven exclaimed as the fireball illuminated the stands. He tossed a handful of popcorn into his mouth.

"Can I have my popcorn back?" Marion asked.

"No."

"You're mean!" Marion whined.

"Not mean, evil," Raven corrected.

Drake yelled as he was catapulted back through the air, his armor covered in dents and pieces broken off, his helmet was almost nonexistent. He crashed through the wall of the cylinder and kept flying, hitting the wall of the arena dome itself.

Super-Sue cackled maniacally as she hovered over to him. He groaned and struggled against the metal his impact had mangled into a tight silhouette around him.

"You're a fool!" Super-Sue laughed. "You think you can beat me? The most perfect of the most perfect race in all existence? Ha! You never had a chance against me!"

Raven frowned disapprovingly as he stared up at his creation.

"You can't use most to describe perfect," Drake pointed out.

"Say good-bye!" Super-Sue drew her fist back. Drake groaned and pulled himself free of the metal, he grabbed hold of Super-Sue's hair as he fell. She shrieked in pain and rage, spinning around. Drake gasped and hung on for dear life. She spun back the other way and slammed Drake into the wall. A smirk appeared on her mouth and she spun around again, but Drake let go and went flying across the arena.

He flew through the hole he had made in the cylinder and hit the wall across from it, stabbing his freshly summoned spear into it. A shockwave of wind magic coursed from the spearhead into the cylinder, damaging its structure even more.

Super-Sue huffed in annoyance and flashed in front of Drake. Drake screamed and leapt away from the wall, swinging his spear at Super-Sue. Blasts of wind went flying at her, but she batted them to the side. Drake hit a second later and his spear connected with her stomach, carrying her with him. She turned intangible and Drake flew through her. He struck the other side of the wall and slammed his spear into it. Another shockwave of wind energy went through the metal and glass.

He ripped off the remains of his cape and leapt at Super-Sue. His leap carried him above her and he dropped the cape down over her head. She shot off an energy blast, vaporizing the cape and putting another hole in the cylinder. The blast singed the side of Drake's armor. He flipped around and sent several arcs of wind magic hurling at the cylinder.

The structure groaned in protest and began breaking apart. Slowly, it fell from the ceiling. His muscles screaming in protest, Drake rebounded off the wall at Super-Sue again. She was staring at the falling debris with wide eyes. Her super-senses warned her of Drake's approach though and she spun around and slammed both her hands into him. He fell towards the ground, bouncing off the top of the Writer's Block first, and then hitting the arena floor. He tried to get up, but his limbs refused to respond.

Super-Sue looked up just as a large fragment of wall slammed into her. It propelled her down and she too bounced off the Writer's Block. The rest of the cylinder's remains toppled down, filling the arena with a deafening roar and throwing up clouds of dust.

Marion stared at the wreckage with a horrified expression while Raven stood and began to applaud. "Bravo!"

A large pile of debris went flying as Super-Sue burst out of the rubble. She had several small cuts, but they were already clotting. Her haired was messed, but she still looked attractive. Her eyes narrowed in rage.

"Where is that pitiful self-insert?" she screamed. "He messed up my hair!"

"I believe he's buried somewhere under that section of rubble," Raven replied, leaping over the railing and landing in the arena. "But don't worry about him, we'll be leaving now."

"But I want to make sure he's finished!" she growled.

"Now, now," Raven waved a finger. "He's already had such a bad day; I'd hate to make it worse by killing him."

Super-Sue huffed. "You're so weird."

He ignored her observation and snapped his fingers. A plothole opened in front of them and they stepped through it.

"Hey, wait for me!" Marion exclaimed. "I can't make plotholes!"

Drake groaned as he opened his eyes. Complete blackness filled his sight and his head throbbed. He tried to move, but found his legs pinned beneath the rubble.

His eyes widened and he tried to fight off the urge to panic. Yelling for help would be no good if all it did was attract Super-Sue's attention, but then again she could have just blown up the entire rubble pile. He shouted and cried out for help, wondering how long he had been out and how much longer it would before the Society came looking for him. Bits of dust managed to work their way into his eyes and he began crying to get the dirt out. He slammed his fist against the piece of metal above him, hoping the sound would carry through.

The sound of shifting debris reached his ears and hope surged through his chest. He kept calling out. The last piece of rubble lifted away and light flooded his eyes. He closed them to block out the sunlight.

"Well, well, have we here?"

He glanced up and his vision slowly adjusted to the light. A figure dressed in red armor resembling his own stood over him. The armor vanished in a flash and Ekard adjusted the plastic horns on his head. A red suit covered his body, complete with a black cape and a pointed tail. The only thing missing from his costume was the pitchfork.

"I'm glad you survived all of that," Ekard laughed. "Because now I can kill you personally."

His foot shot out and slammed into his counterpart's face, knocking Drake cold.
