Her name was Satou Ayame, and she was a pop idol.
Somehow she had the guts to compete against Kouyama Mitsuki herself, even though she was at the height of her career (not to mention part of one of the most famous couples in music, given her relationship with Takuto).
Ayame had the strange ability to see shinigami, and utilized it to help Mitsuki communicate with Meroko and Izumi (given that Mitsuki had lost her ability upon the loss of Eichi's spirit). Eventually, Ayame even developed a love of her own.
Madoka, cross-minded Madoka, even came to like Ayame, and instated Ayame as her bridesmaid for her marriage to Nachi (no, not Mitsuki, like one would expect).
Ayame entranced several with her beautiful singing, and even won several awards (which Mitsuki had won anyway, so it didn't really matter).
Eventually, due to some angst (which didn't even seem possible given her happiness towards life), she committed suicide, but became a shinigami named Otosa Meyaa (which is her name backwards), and was helped by Meroko and Izumi to regain her memories. Somehow Mitsuki also committed suicide (this is getting RIDICULOUS) and became Mayauko Kitsumi, and was somehow helped by Meroko and Izumi…and Takuto…
Before I die of a huge cheese on my head, let's cut to the chase.

"We're the Anti-Cliché and Mary-Sue Elimination Society, and you're under arrest!"
Otosa turned around to find a girl behind her.
"Huh?"
"I'm Jess," said the girl. "I'm an agent. And you're under arrest."
Otosa sighed.
"Fine," she said. "Hurry up and make it quick. Put me on parole please."
Jess blinked. "Huh?"
"Parole. Anything so I don't get cluttered up in that stupid dungeon."
Jess blinked again, and shrugged. "Hell, why not?"
And so, Ayame/Otosa went under "permanent Prohibition", which took two hours, and was allowed to roam free as a minor unnamed character in the FMwS fandom. That was easy.
